How is shipping calculated?
Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight and destination region of the product ordered. A $5 shipping charge will be added to any order under $50. 

How does free shipping work?
We offer "free shipping" or "free shipping and free returns" on many of our products." Free Delivery" refers to standard delivery; courier and second day charges apply separately. Our "Free Shipping and Free Returns" applies only to the 48 contiguous United States and does not apply to orders from Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Mexico, or other international destinations.Open-box orders from Lamps Plus are also not eligible for "Free Shipping."

Do open box orders qualify for free shipping?
Open Box orders do not qualify for Free Shipping. Open box sales are discounted up to 70% on items that have been previously returned, or are gently used. All open box items are carefully inspected by our warehouse team to ensure they are in good working order before going live. As open box items are sold at a discounted price, they must undergo additional checks and therefore do not qualify for free shipping.

How does the furniture and clock delivery service work?
Branded furniture and clocks use a special delivery service for orders within the United States. This service consists of two delivery personnel taking the furniture or clocks up a maximum of two flights of stairs, placing the furniture or clocks in the desired location, and removing all packing materials.
